All products are sourced from trusted manufacturers (including well-known brands) to ensure high quality and durability.
- Are your products customizable with my logo or design?
Absolutely yes! Customization is our specialty. Almost all products we offer can be personalized with your logo, text, or artwork. Options for imprinting vary by product – for example, apparel can be screen-printed or embroidered, drinkware might be laser engraved or printed, and so on. Each product page details the available imprint methods and areas. When you place an order, you’ll be able to specify your design preferences. We even provide a Virtual Sample Studio on many product pages, allowing you to preview how your logo will look on the item before you order. Our team will work with you to ensure your artwork appears perfectly on the final product.
- What sizes do you offer for apparel?
We carry a wide range of apparel sizes to fit everyone. Most of our clothing items are available from Small (S) through XL and often up to 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, or 5XL for certain styles. Each product page lists the specific sizes offered for that item. We recommend checking the size details on the product page (and any provided size charts) to ensure you select the correct fit. - What materials are your products made of?
Materials depend on the product, but we always strive for quality materials. For example, our popular t-shirts are often 100% cotton or cotton blends, our tote bags might be durable canvas or non-woven fabric, and our drinkware could be stainless steel or BPA-free plastic. Each item’s product description will list the material composition (you can find this in the “Product Details” section on the page). If you need more information about a material (such as weight, thickness, or care instructions), just reach out – we want you to know exactly what you’re getting.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Many of our promotional products are priced for bulk orders and will list a minimum quantity (e.g., 50, 100, or 250 pieces) on the product page. For instance, some items like pens or custom can coolers might require a 100-unit minimum, while apparel items or premium gifts can often be ordered in smaller quantities (sometimes even a single piece). Each product listing shows the minimum you can order. We understand that sometimes you need less than the stated minimum – in many cases we can accommodate that with a “less than minimum” option for an additional small charge. If you have a special quantity request, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you.
- Do I get a discount if I order in bulk?
Yes. Our pricing is tiered so that the more you order, the lower the cost per unit. You’ll see a price break table on each product page showing the unit price at various quantity ranges (for example, the price per item might drop at 50, 100, 500, etc. units). These bulk discounts are applied automatically in your cart when you select the quantity. We aim to offer unbeatable pricing for larger orders, so you can maximize your budget. If you’re planning a very large order (beyond the listed price tiers), contact us – we may be able to provide a custom quote with even more savings.
- How can I find a specific product or category?
You can browse our Products page, which has search and sorting tools to help you explore or narrow down by keywords. With such a large catalog, the search bar is your friend – try typing in a category (“mugs”), a specific item (“USB drive”), or even a brand name (“Nike”) to find relevant products. Return & Exchange Policy
At Hleb Apparel, every item is made uniquely for you. Since all our products are custom-designed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to sizing, color preferences, or change of mind.
Final Sale on Custom Items
All purchases are final sale due to the personalized nature of our products. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is sent into production and cannot be altered or refunded.
Order Confirmation
To ensure complete satisfaction, each order is confirmed with the client prior to shipping. We provide previews and/or written confirmations to avoid any errors before production is finalized.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To report a defect:
